Terms and Conditions

We are not liable for any damages incurred during transportation. So we Include transit insurance for you which we assist you with everything and we include quality report and photos of the entire kitchen before and after loading report. Please check our free transit insurance limited time offer. Goods are packed in custom protective plywood crate. For VISA/MASTER CARD payments or Paypal fees are waved. Interest Free available please inquire. If any problems with goods, please notify us within 7 days of delivery date via email and we will rectify problem as soon as possible. After the 14 days upon receipt of goods no complains or liability will be accepted. So please inspect carefully upon delivery of goods at the depot as interstate freight does not allow safe return back to us once goods are unpacked so a no return policy applies due to weight size and logistics after the goods have been unpacked or installed. Any damaged or faulty parts should be returned for replacement or repair within 14 days of delivery. If you have any issues please contact us in order for us to resolve any outstanding matters
