Shipping Policy

  1. Buyer is responsible on freight costs

  2. Buyer needs to report any transit damage within 24 hours of arrival via emailing at claim@homeexhibitions.com.au supplying photos and description of damage

Warranty

  1. Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

  2. Consumer is responsible of returning faulty item for repair or replacement.

  3. Supplier reserves the right to chose if faulty item will be replaced or repaired

  4. Faulty items must be reported to buyer via email claims@homexhibitions.com.au. Brief description and photos of fault must be supplied.

  5. Any delivery damages must be reported within 48 hours of arrival of goods
